Lowering a plow mount to compensate for the 4" lift on my brothers truck. 1/2" plate and grade 8 9/16" bolts=$$:

    What made you choose Kioti?
    How much was the tractor?
Are you planning on doing strictly residential's or condo's?
Do you already have work lined up for it?

    Sweet tractor.

On you boss mount mod, looks rookie.... Not being mean, but 1st get the right size bolts, then lose half of them and get some washers (both sides). Your rocker panel didn't need cut aslo, this is why i did my own install.

Did you use all 12 holes on the mount brackets?

original are 1/2" bolts, whats wrong with 9/16"? Yes, I would have liked washers on there, but my brother went and bought the hardware, didnt know he was going with 9/16" so you can't fit washers if we filled up every hole like he wanted it done.

The truck originally had the mount installed, all we did was extend the original mount by fabbing up some plates to bolt on the existing mount. thats why the fascia was cut.

9/16" is great, i meant length. Looks like them baby's are 3" in length. You can't fit washers with 1/2" or 9/16" with every hole used. You could have gone every other hole with washers and accomplished closed to the same or at least more than enough stout.

Did you get that tractor at Medina Tractor?
