We have a new walker.(7 months old) The plugs keep fouling. It is a Kawasaki FH430V. We have six crews so these motors are not new to us. The dealer had it for 2 1/2 months and said it had the wrong plugs in it. Well two days later the plugs are fouled. Any ideas?

its got to be running really really rich or you are getting oil in the cylinder, either past the rings or the valve guide are seeping oil.

How is your crank case vent. if its plugged up, you could be getting a "pressure/vaccum" effect in the crank case and it may be helping force oil past the rings....

none of this seems very likely since the engine is so new...but stranger things have happened.

Is it gas fouling it or oil (dry with soot, wet with gas, or wet with oil)? Did the dealer make the adjustment to synch the choke and throttle?
