I would really like to hear some of the New Year Resolutions from some of the LCO's out there.

My resolution is a 2 part plan:

    1) To be even more Professional: Image, Billing, Equip. etc.

    2) To increase profit by at least 20%

Feedback and your resolutions are appreciated. Thanks

Improve my scheduling and billing, with my new Clip software package.

    My goals include:

    1. Double my account base (I currently have about 15 customers after 1 year of working weekends only).

    2. Learn more about my equipment so I can do more of the maintenance instead of paying someone else.

    3. Increase my relationships with dealers and manufacturers so I can save $$ on some purchases.

    4. Get to a point that my wife can quit her job to allow me to devote more time to my business.

    5. Most importantly, as with TLC9, watch the Packers win the Superbowl.

My main objectives are to be more organized and become a better book keeper. These are my weaknesses, and if I can improve them, 2004 will be a very good year.

I also hope to have enough work to add an employee.

    Good luck to everyone!
