We currently leave newsletters with the invoice with every treatment. They have worked awesome in upselling and keeping our customers informed and connected. I was wondering if anyone has used a service like constant contact to email newsletters? Has it been a sucess? Were your customers open to it? Just getting tired of paying for the printing and all the paper wasted. Thanks

we do both. A quarterly newsletter. We have compiled all our e-mail address into a master list and mass e-mail specials etc. If you have outlook and can use word you can do a pretty effective e-mail. Too many and they don't get noticed. We do about four of these a year also.
