Well, im getting a new phone tommarow, new service, new plan, same number. im switching from verizon to nextel, im getting the 530, how many of you have it, and do you like it? also, if you have the yellow color how does the color hold up. im not sure if im going to get yellow or black. Anyways, if you have this phone how does it hold up in the working enviroment? i was going to get a 830 but it doesnt seem like it has the durability of the 530... if anyone has the 830, does it hold up? thank you!

right on... well i have my celly for business and leisure. i cant afford two seperate phones yet. and no need for it.. I HATE talking on the phone, so i only talk on the phone when its a customer calling, or friends, but when freinds and stuff call its usually real quick.

I have the yellow 530 and it seems very durable. The only problem I have encountered is the reception. I had to take my first one back due to a faulty speaker. The second one is much better but I still have trouble with people losing me for a minute and then if they stay on long enough I eventually come back to them. This may be an issue with the satelite. The ring tones are really cool but your phone software needs to be updated in order to get most of the songs. The phone itself is much more complicated than the sprint phone I had but the technical support for motorola is very helpful and efficiant. I love the walkie talkie feature because I do most of my talking with my weed control specialist during the day and I dont have to mess with leaving messages and busy signals. Not having to worry about getting my phone dirty or wet is a big plus too.

I have the i530 and it is a good, durable phone to be used in the enviorment that I am in everyday. It is eazy to hold on to when talking because of the rubber sides and size.It is yellow and black, that worked out nice a couple times already, I left it laying in a flower bed once, and the other, I did not have it all the way in the holder and it fell out, I seen it right away. I have been happy with it so far. also the yellow is holding up well, no fading. I also love the speakerphone and walkie talkie too.....

I have the yellow 530, and am pleased with it so far. Going on about 4 months with it.
