I'm thinking of buying two of Phil Nilsson's books - "Labor Time Data Handbook" and "Selling to Commercial Customers". Have any of you read these books and are they worth purchasing?

I already own the "RS Means Site Work and Landscape Costs Data" book, so I am thinking that Nilsson's Labor Time DAta book might be overkill. I would appreciate your advice, and if you recommend any other books that pertain to landscape construction....Thanks.

I've never bought one of those time book because I just can't imaging that they would be very accurate in the interlocing paver field (my main focus). If I am wrong about this I would love to hear about it. A good book that I would recomend is 20 Secrets for Landscape Contractors by Robin Tulleners. There is a lot of focus on sales techniques, an area I am always trying to improve on.
