I was just wondering who would give the fine out if you don't have a pesticide license. Is it the local police or like the DEP. Do police look around to see the license number on your truck. How does it work Is it just a huge fine that if you get caught. thanks

I don't worry about that as I have a LIC.

But I believe it will be the Dept. of Agu.

in SD department of Ag deals with pesticides. I don't worry about it, I don't apply pesticide, it is a frequent question, next year will be a different tune

It's so easy to get your Limited Commercial Licences to apply the stuff, there really is no excuse as to why take the risk?
