2007 Hustler FastTrack 54/21 Kaw. Yesterday after mowing, when I put the steering levers back into their 'park' position (extended out to the left and right), the hydraulic pumps sounded much, much louder than when in the inward, ready to use position. In fact, when using the machine all sounded normal, except when the steering levers were extended outward to park the machine. Way louder...

I'm guessing the pumps were what got louder but don't know what to do about it or if it is anything to be concerned about. Any ideas what this might be?

    Approx 60 hrs on machine.

I would re-adjust the drive lever linkage under the seat, it sounds like your parking linkage is engaging while the drive linkage are still slightly in drive, not in neutral.
Here is a link to your parts manual > http://www.hustlerturf.com/images/product_manuals/108277_0510.pdf
Go to page 9-32 and you will see how to adjust the neutral.
