We are thinking of relocating...for retirement.:cool2:

On google maps the Norwell, Mass & surrounding area looks really nice.
It's just a bit hard to figure on the costs of living from a map.

If anyone from that area can give us some idea of average cost of a 3bdrm house on a 50 x 150 lot or more...it would be extremely appreciated.

We are trying to find an area that isn't as built up as ours....with some breathing room.

Maybe I'd even work for one of you for some "play money".:waving:

    Thanks in advance.

I'm in that area, get ready to have a LOT of competition. This area is full of Landscapers. I just bought a 2br home, 1000sq ft, on a 22,000 sq ft lot. Paid 339,000 and 3,800 in annual taxes.

I wouldn't be moving up there to work....it would be for retirement.
At least I know there'd be lots of landscapers to do my lawn! hahaha:cool2:

Thanks for the info about the property value....it gives me a better idea of what to expect.
