What are some things we learned? Here's a few I learned- a new pricing strategy and so far so good. I also learned I need to hire more reliable help,my Billgoat leaf loader and my Downeaster dump bed are the two best pieces of equipment I have ever purchased! TIME SAVERS! Next year business is business and going after some nicer properties that some acquaintances have that I past on this year.(No Mike non of your's,lol)

Don't buy a mower to fit a property. Find properties that fit your mower. I bought a 48" Z earlier this season to fit the gate of one house, which would lead to 4 more on the same street. Friend of mine and it never played out. I was stuck with a 48" instead of the 60" I was planning to buy.
