I think we are floating between 120-130 range for maintenance. Depending on guys on the crew they cut all in 3-4 days total. Been inc. since 2003, and are also full service design/build.
Last year at this time i had about 50 accounts. This year i peaked out at about 150 accounts. Been in business since '03. Usually run with one truck with a 3-4 man crew.
We started in June and have 11 steady accounts, and about 9 landscape jobs. We're hoping to hit 55 accounts for 2007!
Good luck next year.
Entering year 4 and have accepted for the upcoming season:
32 mowing - 12 of which are commercial accounts
35 application accounts
Numerous proposals still pending.
Question for everyone: How many of you are in this full-time and are single operators (no crew)? Just curious.
