number of employees

    what is the average number of employees for a 150k a year company doing maintenance and landscape work. currently i have 4 full time ( 5 counting me) and i cant seem to stay caught up on the misc. stuff in maintenance ( trimming, mulching ect.)

    Well, My projected sales this year is around 75-80k This is with me & a part-timer. sooooo I would say that a two man crew could do around 125k a year.

    So my thought is mabey you either need better help, or need to charge more. Your net income must be pretty low if you have to pay 4 guys and your company only does 150k a year.

    If I couldn't do at least 250k with 4 guy and me then I would down size. Or go back to my 35k job working for someone else.
