I have a 19hp Kawasaki and I noticed today that oil was leaking from the mower. I cannot lind were it is leaking from. Oil is on the back bottom area of the crankcase. I did cheak the oil and I don't think they emptied my old oil during the service because it is about 1 inch above the full line. My Question is: With that much oil is there some sort of mechanism that will spill off oil if it is that high?

check the oil...is it too high? if not adn there is a crack or somethign really small in there get some oil sealer at a parts store and see if it stops the leak

DO NOT run the engine any longer until you check the oil for a fuel smell, A piece of trash could have got under the float valve in the carb. and caused it to flood into the crankcase.

Check it out and post back.

If there is fuel in the oil it is a faint smell. I have not checked the float valve yet. It seems that the oil is coming out from behind the Control Assembly

Sounds like the governor arm seal is shot.

That doesn't mean they performed the job properly, Also being overfilled could have blown it out.
