I have a scag freedomz with 100 hours on it. It does seem to have an oil leak somewhere as below the engine there is dust that seems oily. And some oil on the metal below the engine.
Here's the thing- - - I took off the air filter and noticed oil in the air filter housing and some oil around the edge of the air filter, but no oil , well not much on the filter "flaps" does anyone know if this is normal?

I'm not sure what they mean by engine numbers but it is a freedomz, with a 19 HP kawasaki engine

Depending how much oil we're talking about it may not be of much consequence but
I don't think it's normal, possibly you have an overfilled crankcase?
