    Yep, it's a ballast box. It is filled with portland cement. Prevents the back end from lifting off the ground when using the loader.

    Nice kubota. How many bags of cement are in you ballast box. Around 8 maybe?
    Thats a nice looking flatbed on your pickup too. Any better pics of it?
