I just picked up an old Toro "Pro-Cut" mower. Has a 12hp Briggs + Strtton engine, and 36" single blade cut, with 4spd trans. Starts easy, and runs great, but will be needing a lot of maintenance soon. Is there a place I can get a svce manual, or owner's manual for this? I don't have a lot of information as to how old it is, but I can certainly find out as needed.

You can go to the Toro web site following these links to be able to see all manuals available. You will need the model and serial number off the mower.

If need to see a description of where to find the model and serial number paste this into your internet browser and select mowers.

The model number should be a five digit number that starts with a 3 and the serial number will be an eight or nine digit number just below the model number.

Then click on Owner's and parts manuals under the customer care banner in lower left corner of page. It will open a new internet window where you enter the model number of the mower.

You will then get a page with all the years it was manufactured by the serial number. Select the serial number range that matches what you find on the mower. You will then see a new page showing all the things you can learn about the mower. Accessories, Manuals, Buy Parts, Look up Parts, Product Details and Specifications. To view or down load manuals click on the manuals tab.

Sorry, my mistake. It is a Pro-Line, not a Pro-Cut.

Just wanted to say thanks for the help. Finally found the serial #, and went to Toro's website and got all the information I needed.
