I have a turf tracer with pistol grips wont start its electric start. i have 12 volt a the battery and at the solenoid. and if i jump it it cranks. i tested all the safetys and i think they all tested fine, i just tested for continuity. so i put a new safety electrical box on and still wont start and help would be appreciated

Did you test the key switch, maybe the key isn't sending a signal to the solenoid.

yes everything tested good but i am not getting the 12 volt at the solenoid telling is to connect when i turn the key to start it goes up to .2 volt and when it is off or on the on position it is 0.00 volt

So you need to follow the solenoid signal wire, test the fuses and continuity all the way back to the battery. You should find something.

I was and eveything is testing ok. it all leads in to the safety brain box thats why i asumed it was bad. dealer said there was no way to test them. so i got a new one and $100 later still wont start

It could be that the starter has failed (this theory is supported by needing to jump start it) or that there is something going on in the electrical circuit. We suggest disconnecting the solenoid wire and checking voltage when the key is in the start position. If you get 12V at the solenoid wire, the starter failed; if not, then the issue lies in the machine wiring. If you still need assistance, call Exmark Customer Service at 1-800-667-5296.

Put a plastic handled screw driver tip on the pole of the solenoid coming from the battery and lower the shaft of the screwdriver onto the pole going to the starter. if it tries to start, it may be the solenoid. also, disconnect the ground wire to the engine block to see if it will run while jumping the solenoid.
