Hey, I am actually expanding this year instead of just doing the normall 3 neighbors lawns. So if I make flyers, where should I put them??? Obviously not in the mail box! I was thinking about door flyers. And also should i include a bid on that exact lawn or just say the normal and give the normal info? Thanks alot:waving:

It all depends some people like to have the price right there or they wont call. Others if you put call for an estimate you go look and meet them then you have them hooked because they feel bad for having come out if they dont want the service or they dont want to take the time to look around any more, but the down side is thats also when you get a little more of the haglers because you feel bad telling them no and you already wasted the time coming out there. I use a base price for all lawns under .20 acre then I tell them it will be a little more if it is bigger. Hope that helps you a little.
