There are 128 ounces to a gallon. Two tablespoons to fluid ounce. 6.2 teaspoons to an ounce. It would be nice if labels were metric.

You can buy the smaller blister packs to make three or four gallons.

The easiest way to get one gallon is to weigh the entire pound in grams and then divide it out so that you know how many grams you need for one gallon. Grams are a much finer scale than tablespoons or ounces, and it is easy to weigh grams with a good kitchen scale.
