    Hopelly he wants to stick around and you can get to the point where you trust him with your equipment. Then you can go off and make bank doing the stormwater and erosion control.:D

    That's great, I just picked up another commercial account yesterday too! So, I'm looking at another $1,000 a month!!!

    By the way, I'm now fulltime!!! I also have a part time helper for now. And waiting on a couple of calls from another account that I put a bid on. So from that 1 bid it's very possible I can get another 3-4 more commercial accounts:dancing:

    Just keep on looking. Don't let the word NO stop you from expanding your business. The more they say NO that's the more I continue to look!!!! It's all motivation:drinkup:

    Filled out the paperwork for my new tractor ths morning. 2012 Mahindra 5010, 50hp, 4wd front end loader, quick attach bucket, cab/ac/radio. 6ft heavy duty cutter.

    How much more is a 65 hp? When I bought my JD 3 years ago it was only 1400 more to go from 50 to 65 hp. I didn't need it then, but then I got a large acct a year later and needed to pull a bigger cutter. Also the resale is a lot better on a 65hp. Just something to think about.
