How much would you charge someone to spread out about 18 yards of dirt and put about 2 pallets of St. Aug down?

Plus factor in renting a small bobcat, buying 2 pallets of St. Aug.
If you could give me a break down of each. Thanks, just trying to do a lilttle extra on the side with all this hurricane clean up.

Yeah that water is still high, east bound of airline towards gramercy is still closed due to the high water and ya know blind river runs with it.

Maybe a silly question from a yank .....But when the water floods like that do gators and snakes end up getting in strange places ?
