One of my work trucks

    Those are snow tires actually. I have the regular tires in the garage.

    For the past few years I have had two crews. I usually have 4-5 guys working for me. This year I want to only have one or two guys. My equipment is almost payed for and I just don't want to deal with the headaches of employees anymore.

    Nice stuff.. ford's , scag & wrights good choice i run those my self . post some of the mowers & trailers.

    2 plus myself. I was going to add a guy this year, but we'll see how things go.

    Nice.. I made the mistake of hiring my friends over the past few years. Never works out in the end. Even when they are making $20/hour.

    Yeah, hiring friends is usually a pain in the as*. They think they should make more and do less. (in some cases)
