    Very nice stuff man! Looks like you've done well. Its funny how a lot of us owner/operators build our companies up to two or three crews, but after a few years, get tired of having employees, and try going right back to the basics. I'm think I'm gonna stick to one or two employees as well.

    That is the goal for most of us to get bigger. In the past few years I have came to realize that bigger is not always better. The only way I could get bigger and not die of stress would be to have older trucks, open trailers, and not pay as much per hour. I am a lot happier when I do things myself because it is done the right way. So, this year my goal is to stay organized, motivated, and stress: quality, efficency, customer satisfaction.

    Very nice Fords! Love the Crew cab Dually! Has it givin you any problems? Logo is very clean as well.
