I'm looking at purchasing a new mower at the end of this season. I wanted to get some opinions on the 61" scag turf tiger with the 35hp vanguard and the dixie chopper 60" hp model with the 33hp generac on it.
Anyone use these models? If so how do you like them and some pros and cons?

    Thanks to everyone!

I run a TT with 61" deck and I converted it to propane. Plenty of horsepower with the Vanguard, I got 700 hrs on it so not seeing stuff wear out yet. We have a Tiger Cub same setup and you can see that stuff isn't near as rugged. I do a bunch of holding ponds with steep sides and grass usually 30 days high so it gets a work out. The grille on the radiator has to be cleaned about every hour but don't see much way around that. I read about some fuel pump problem on the gas unit don't know if that is fixed but doesn't affect me since I don't have pump or stock carb. It would be nice o have unit that runs on gas or propane.

How do you like running the propane? And how well does it cut the high grass?

Running propane is okay i got 4 tanks and each tank last 5.5hrs so gotta go get propane weekly. I am not an expert on cutting high grass i do some in ponds but don't have the right blades to expect a good cut. The engine seems like it has plenty of power.
