Here is one more question. I have got a chance to do some work for the entrance to a high end subdivision in town. The subdivison is where I'm in all the time passing through or doing some service work. I have been asked to give a price on bring the irrigation/landscape lighting up to speed. In the subdivision there are about 100 homes that most have irrigation/LL systems. My question is would you cut your price a little so you can get the job and maybe get some more work from passing home owners? Thanks

No. And the reason is, because we all have probably done the same before hoping to get more work out of it and we got nada. I know it's happened to me.

That is the answer I thought ya'll would say. I haven't cut my price yet and I'm not planning on starting.
