A customer of mine has mulch beds on the corners of the concrete pad surrounding the pool. Does anyone have a solution for preventing mulch from blowing into the pool on windy days. I know of the ugly steel edging but does anyone have a good alternative?

Rubber mulch or gravel...try some nice belgium block type edging and you can make some money on that and it looks great.

If you want to keep the organic mulch, and I hope you do, go with en edge stone. Some paver companies make a decent edge stone, but nothing beats a natural stone product as Vic already said. And, it's another oppurtunity for sales for you.
