Do you need to have the same license to apply organic ferts as you do for chemical ferts?
Fertilizer is fertilizer. If it is regulated in your state there should be no difference between organic and synthetic. In most states, there are no licences required to apply fertilizer, although you may need a fertilizer permit which requires a small fee or tax ($50.00 in Va.), but no test. Most licencing (requiring a test) involves applying pesticides for hire.
