How many of you have ever had OSHA visit you ?

Ever had to make a WC claim ?

Are all of you and your employees up to date on your OSHA requirements ?

I just thought I would bring this out in the open since I just went thru my annual OSHA update class for 2004. If you dont have a designated person on your staff that is OSHA certified.... you might want to get it done before it happens.

Dont think for a second that an LCO dosent need it.... the best plan is one that is in writing.

Would you like to tell us what to do? What are the requirements?

Mike..... and others as well, I cant stress enough the fact of having a "written" plan for all safety in the work place. Everything needs to have a written plan from prevention to the what happens if an accident does occur. The best laid plan is the >written< one :)
