I usually dont like to talk bad about other guys but this one somewhat local to me just blows my mind.

He's a fairly large company (4-5 maintenance crews, 4 landscape crews, 1 irrigation and 1 fert crew) anyway they do the most absolute shyt work, all their maintenance properties look pretty bad (always mow in the same direction, ripped turf, etc). Anyway what drives me CRAZY is they have NO control over their guys and management is a JOKE. Here's an example, I had to run back to shop (I worked there for a month or 2 in the summer) to get some equipment one of the guys had left behind, anyway there was a cop there who had to escort home a maintenance crew because they had parked the truck and we're getting hammered. Supposedly this is an on going thing there and if you go into their enclosed trailers the coolers are full of ice and bud light.

I'd LOVE to see this guy go under, I mean people think he's the greatest thing since sliced bread and like believe his every word. If they ONLY KNEW the truth. He CUTS so many corners its INSANE. In fact he was just caught by a town working on a job without the right plans and permits and was thrown off.

But no one is doing anything about him and he continues to run this business with SHYT employees, SHYT equipment, and SUPER SHYTY management.

I dont know how he's still around.

It sucks man, but it's just got to run it's course. He will get his eventually. Just hope that it's sooner than later.

I used to mow a couple quadplex properties, and there were 2 vacant lots about 100 yards down the street from them. The crew who mowed the vacant lots must have had them on their schedule for the same day/time I had the quads because I almost always saw them while I was there for about 3-4 months in a row one summer.

One time when I was leaving, I drove by the lots. They had 3 guys on walk behinds, and I kid you not, they were all drinking 40's of bud ice while mowing.

I have no doubt those guys were all illegal, and if they had a phone number on the side of the truck I would have called it. But if someone if going to hire illegals, I doubt they care if they are drinking on the job since they had no advertising on their truck.

hell guy in my own neighbor got busted for being on his rider while drinking. Just for legal reasons anybody who lets a crew do this is only looking for a lawsuit, fines and losing his business

    yup. DUI

he was returning the mowing down the street to the guy he borrowed it from and was drinking. cop drove by, they treat it as a vehicle.

Have also seen cases in the paper where people on their own property got dui's. I'm guessing in those cases the people hit something, crashed or were so drunk they were obvious.

But I am guessing if you are on public property while drinking they could bust you easily

Has anyone seen those ice chests (coolers) that are made into a tiny go-cart like thing with wheels and a tiny motor, and they still have room for a 6 pack?

I read about some guy in PA who got a DWI at a tailgate party because he was driving one of those around the parking lot while wasted.
