    haha, nice

we just bought 2 52" JD's and love them as well...we also had 2 toro grandstands and 2 exmark vantages, but it looks like we will be switching everything to JD from here on out

Hey sorry I've been slammed and haven't been on here since I posted this. I haven't used this mower yet my residential cutting crew leader has been using it. He says he loves it. I've looked at the properties he's cutting and it does do a great job. It stripes nicely and leaves a great cut. I know he does go through some fuel though. I haven't figured up yet how much he's using Ill total it up at the end of the month. He has put around 65 hours on it so far and we haven't had any problems.

I don't like how you have to remove the metal deck covers to change the blades it makes it take longer. I do like the flat free front tires though. He has cut thick and thin grass of all types and its done a great job on all of it. I'd highly recommend it to anyone that wants a stand on. We don;t have many hills in my area of Maryland so i couldn't tell you if it cuts well on hills, though I'd assume it does.

It was around $8500 and I got them to through in a free accelorator bagger which will be in this week, they just got done designing them a few weeks ago they said. This bagger would be around $500.

That is the only difference I could find with the deck was the discharge chute mount. I assumed JD changed it so you couldn't use the wright grass gobbler with it and instead have to use JDs system whatever that is.

i noticed the deck bagging design, it is different which sucks, i don't even know if deere has made a side bagger for it yet

i agree, the blade sharpening design on these mowers is TERRIBLE...we just simply took the guards off of our mower...i'm sure you know this, but it helps to lower the deck to it's lowest position to take them off...THEN you have to have two wrenches to get each blade off, then there are SEVEN washers and a FOOT long bolt that goes all the way through the spindle...when you loosen the blade, 1 bolt and seven washers fall everywhere, then you have to find everything to put it back together...by far the worse design i have ever seen on a mower
