I have always been a big believer in hanging a brochure box on yard signs. Today on AOL they have a small feature about how to sell a house in tough times. I came across this statement, which I can't agree with more in terms with our industry: "A Good Flier- Surveys show that people who drive by your house are more likely to grab a flier than to call the number on the "For Sale" sign. If you want to get as many people interested as possible, you must have a good flier in front of the house. Make sure the flier has great photos of the property from all angles, inside and out, as well as a link to a Web site where people can take a "virtual tour." Take that paragragh and configure some of the wording to fit our industry, and it's right on the money. .
