My lawn is in desperate need of overseeding. Its been aerated at least once a year.. but not overseeded for several years. Its Kentucky Bluegrass and I was thinking to overseed in Mid-Sept? Also, I am going to rent a Bluebird seeder. Should i just leave it @ the height its at, lower it.. and apply just seed or something else?? Any input is appreciated. Thanks

if using an areator then doulbe areate and overseed at about 6lbs. per thousand, if the grass is dense. if it is thin then use a power seeder and go at about 8lbs per thousand.
