I have a question this will be my first year offering overseeding in the fall, most of my lawns that I take care of mowing, fertilization, are older kentucky bluegrass lawns here in Nebraska. I would like to go with an 88% tall fescue, 7% kentucky bluegrass and 5% perennial ryegrass blend. Will this work in mostly older kentucky bluegrass lawns? I hear in a couple of years the tall fescue will clump up? Thanks to all that reply.

Mixtures are good for a number of reasons. A good KBG lawn is also good for a number of reasons.
IMO - if it is not broke - don't fix it.
