PA Law will limit Landscape/Home Improvements Contractors!

    not really. You can collect for materials and 1/3 of your bid labor. using the links example, you can collect 12833 upfront, first draw, on a 22,500 job. at almost 60%, you should be able to do most any job.

    Here in California you can only collect an initial 10% deposit or $1,000.00 max. Additional progress payments are usually tied to completed tasks. Special rules apply to repair contracts.
