im looking at enclosed trailers 20-24ft lengths.

all are 8.5 wide, 10k axle rating, 24', 3/4" floors, 3/8" walls. w/ spare tire under floor.

Wells cargo auto hauler 3/4 $9500
Car Mate "nice double " rear LEDS $8650
    Haulmark thrifty hauler $7200
Pace ? I saw a shadow trailer, nice as heck inside $9700

Classic DOMINATOR Xt with aluminum cabinets in front $14,200

I liked the wells, but it seems overpriced and comes with no fancies. Pace and car mate seem to be the ones that come more loaded. If i added all my options i wanted on the wells cargo its like 12g lol. WHAT A PITA it is looking at trailers.

cool, yeah a lot still dont come with LEDs, others are REAR only, and some like the high end wells cargo and carmates i think are all LED, the carmate is more high end looking on the back with the Thin strip LEDs along side of the door but two pairs of them, im sure theyre bright.

    Those prices are high.

I bought the Pace Shadow, like the one you looked at except it is a 28'er and I paid $7850.00 out the door

I could have gotten the 28' Dominator with the alum cabs in the 28' for $11,300.00

i drive a semi, and do lots of backing up at night. i find the LED's dont illuminate the ground well. i switched back to regular light just for that reason.

damn, should i be negotiating on these prices then? the place quoted me $14,100 something for the 24' dominator trailer.

Id like to imagine the pace shadow that cheap for even the 24' version. The car mate seems the same as a pace. If they want $8,600 for that one trailer maybe id offer them $8k

IF my dealer can sell it for those prices yours should be able to also. The ONLY thing that may come into play is my dealer is the largest volume Pace dealer on the entire East Coast.

I'm starting to think our trailer prices here in North Carolina are some of the best in the country. Don't really know why but, most of the time I see posts on what different folks paid for trailers in other areas it's usually much higher than what we would pay here. A couple of years ago I had to go down to South Florida to pick up a truck and return it here. I figured I could rent a U-Haul or something down there to load it on. Didn't confirm any of this before going down there. Well, none of the rental companies would give me a trailer because of the weight of the truck. Went to a big trailer dealer and spent
$5,500.00 for a new Featherlite. Great trailer and made the trip back home a very easy one but I kept thinking that was a bunch of money for a trailer. So, when I got home I called the Featherlite dealer in Asheville. He had two of this model in stock for $4,200.00!!!!
