I am a Realtor and was planning on taking care of a few of our properties this year since the market has been slow. Our market has picked up a bit and local lawncare prices have fallen so we just hired it out.

The mower has only been used to mow my yard (twice now, but soon to be three times). the trailer was purchased for the same reason and has seen no use.

    thanks,
