Anyone here know an easy way to make logos on paint pro? Just playing around with it so far. Thanks
I would have to suggest another program, I have never been too fond of PaintShop. Depending on your abilities when it comes to creating and editing graphics, you may want to go with a program called logo creator, click here. It is really easy to use and provides step by step instructions..I designed what I thought were some fantastic logos for my company, then I dated a logo designer for a while and she gave me a smoking deal on a design...Message me on msn if you want to talk about it a bit more.
helios' lack of fondness for paintshop aside, you can create a logo just fine in that program, with the biggest issue learning all the little tricks to doing it (just like any other program). make sure it's 300dpi for print purposes and design around a suitable color palette that won't break the bank come print time. i haven't had a copy of paintshop in a few versions, but i'll assume it comes with some tutorials to get you going? if not, hit the jasc site or search the web for tutorials in order to refine your ideas.
here's the first link that popped up on a google search. just hit google and search paint shop tutorial:
if you're not interested in the learning curve or you don't have the design flare, you might check designoutpost and for +/- $150 you can have a pro do it for you.
