    Hey,

I'm looking for some information on Parch Non selective herbicide, maybe a Label and MSDS. Not had much luck finding it with a search. I'm getting the impression that it may have a canceled registration, 1998 some time on cancellation.

Anyway, if anyone has used this Herbicide or has any information would appreciate it. Or if you have a suggestion on an alternative to this chemical.

    Thanks

    Bill,

It may come under the name of Formula 267, I'm not sure. I need to go back and have a look at the jug again. I came across the chemical at a hospital grounds maintenance shed.

    Thanks

    OK,

I found what I was looking for. It is produced by State Industries as Formula 400 Parch. As described above it is a non-selective herbicide with a soil residual. Also known as Pramitol.

    Thanks

    :cool2: The A.I. is promoton , I think.
I poured some of it straight from the contained onto the ground to see how long it would last .
Nothing grew for about 7 months and then all kinds of weeds grew where I poured it .
Like flipping a switch on , it just came to life.

    Did you check out cdms.com???????????????????????????????

    Hi Bill,

I checked cdms.com, but did not see any way to check their web site without paying. Have found plenty on Pramitol, which has given me a good idea about the AI. I think I will find a safer alternative.

    Thanks

Was I right about the AI. ?

    CDMS.NET is free.
Don't know of anyone who pays for it.
It has listed every 'cide available.
    You need to try again
    It's a necessity
