did a search on this leaf vaccum here...found some information, though not a lot...

My question, has anyone here used one and what was your experience with it.

I have a chance to buy one, with the larger B&S Vanguard engine.

    Price seems right...1000 bucks (US)

My brother has one and said it works alright. I would price a new one first and then determin how much the warranty is worth compared to the extra cost. I don't remember how much my brother paid for his so can't help there.

a new one is over 2000 us. guy says it was used very little and is like new.
Wonder how it works in the long run, what are the short comings ect.
It seems like a bargan but you know the saying....you get what you pay for.

A grand sounds pretty good to me. If you're concerned about the wear and tear/maintenance on the machine, it would help if you have a mechanic who can look it over for you.

Good advise to check it out and I will, however, I don't want to purchase a piece of equipment based on low cost.
How the machine performs over the course of a season, the likes and the dislikes.
Some one here is bound to have operated one.
A new one can be viewed at

I'll most likely mount it on a trailer that I plan to convert.

My brother sucked a 2x4 through his (don't know how long) and it survived just fine. $1000 sounds good and can trade later once you find out what you want exactly in a loader. I understand from him it doesn't like leaves that are real wet.
