i'm going through this with mine so it passes inspection. i had to get 2 new brake assemblies. even though it has rear disks, it has drum parking brakes. i had to remove my axle shafts to install the new parking brake kits, which meant tearing into my differential. fun! then i had to replace both cables, and guess what? it doesn't work. so i need to adjust it further and get new rotors as the insides are worn. guess it's a good thing my inspection sticker expired last month. now i'm spending hundreds trying to get it too pass before i'm caught with an expired sticker.
