In your opnion: If you go to cut a lawn and part of it is swampy from alot of rain, and you can only cut about 50- 75% of it, would you tend to charge less than normal price or still charge full price?

Charge full price. If it is too wet trim it.
When I bought business, my first year all customers told me the other guy did a 1/2 charge. The next time I came to cut the grass was still wet, and about a foot and a half tall , so i would trim, cut rake area and they would save 1/2 the money. I have done away with 1/2zees as I call them. They get full charge every cut, and everyone is happier
