I have an opportunity to possibly pick up a few commercial accounts. Presently the company that has the accounts offers everything from mowing, edging etc to all spraying services, as well as irrigation system management. I am not certified, so I cannot spray, but would like to get the mowing and trimming part of the contract. Is this even possible? Do any of you partner with another company that deals with the chemicals and irrigation system? Do you sub it out to the other company, or does your account hire them directly? I think the property manager is open to the idea, but what problems would I encounter? Just looking for some feedback.
    Thanks in advance

Possible but will more than likely be hard for you to bid competitively against a company that can cover all the services.
