    Any one have any experience with plant patents??? or ideals about what to start off with and the morel or social compass of a patent

    You need to start with a Patent Lawyer first to protect yourself. Do not contact a big company for help i mean unless you want just give them your idea. Look up the lawyers locally. your looking at 1500-3800+ for a patent

    I am still not sure what the question was concerning, the use of patented plants, the patenting of plants or the rights of the patent holder

    Gro please enlighten us, some more detail would be great
