patio cracks

    just built a patio and wanted to know how to get algae or moss to grow between the cracks? or is this something i dont want?

    between concrete pavers; moss is not a desired effect, where asthe joints of a natural stone walkway/patio moss is desirable in some applications. The cheapest way to get moss to grow is to put sour milk into your joints, this will get moss growing; however you do not have any control over what type you get. Another way which gives you a effect immediately is purchasing it froma garden centre. If you go that route look into other options(not tthat they are better; but they are options) like thyme etc..
