    Pay employees per hour or per lawn cut ? residential lawn mowing service
    example is me sending out two employees with one of my trucks,equipment and list of 100 lawns that need cut this week
    whats better? thanks alot

    think it out, do the math, and execute. Because if ur asking this ur probably in a tight spot.

    You didn't ask this but regardless of the method, the pay has to at least equal minimum wage.

    I love the concept of a flat rate per job. I did this when I first started out and worked out great for me and the employee. I wish I had stuck to this pay plan.
