I am hiring a new employee this year for the first time. I do not have a business loan or much capital built up. What are some ways of paying this employee and other expenses? Is a buisness loan that way to go? Line of credit? Is so, what is the quickest way of getting a loan/line of cerdit?

?? If you don't have the workload to produce the amount of money necessary to pay an employee, what is the reason for hiring one?

Good question-- I did not give much detail.. this past winter, I took a very good General Manager position with another company but do not want to give up the lawn company. Plus, another lawn company closed operations this year and GAVE me all their accounts. So, I need someone to do the work and I will do the "business side"
