first post on this site.. looking forward to many more in the future. anyways.

does anybody have any feedback on what kind of payment methods works the best for their company. for my cutting and fertilizing services i am currently giving my customers two options. option one is where the can make two installment payments with two post-dated cheques.. the other is an early bird prepayment method. i find when i was billing on a per cut basis it was just a pain with too much paperwork and aggravations(sp).

come up with a flat monthly rate,$150+tax per month or $200+tax per month.

We send out bills on the 1st of the month. Checks is what we prefer, but I do offer paypal.
