I will have 2-3 full tuime employees this year. I have been doing payroll with a calculator, pen and paper. But I would like a simple payroll program to figure the taxes and print out a pay stub (I will hand write the checks) I use gopher software for everything else. Any suggestions.

Keep in mind I just need something simple.

I have never had any long term employees, but I think this year I will have at least one. I have thought about using a payroll service. I would be interested if there is a simple to use software available so I can complete my own payroll.

Look at Quick Books. The sooner you start to use it the better you will be. They also offer a version with just payroll. gmc
