Just wondering if there were any penalties in FL for spraying/applying Round UP and weed-and-feed for a fee. As I read more and more, the cheaper and better "real" pesticides aren't for me right now.

So, I was just wondering if I could do this legally.

    Thanks,

How can I say this politely, YES there are huge fines if you get caught, and NO you can't spray anything that is used as a pesticide or herbicide if you are not licensed. This also includes items as simple as vinegar if you are using it to control insects or weeds. Don't do it, it isn't worth the the risk, find a reputable company to sub contract.
