I have a Centri Permagreen ride on unit. The transmission is leaking fluid out of the end of the axles. Do you have to split the transmission to replace the seals? Has anybody successfully split the transmission without it falling apart and put it back together?
    Thanks

Yes, you do, and can split the transmission to replace the seal. It is extremely important, once you have it split to clean all of the old seal off. It is quite a job. I have done this to a magnum transaxle. I think the difference between the two is minimal. It's definatley cheaper than buying a new one. If you have time right now to fix it. It was a winter project for me. Hope this helps.
